💼 About This Role

You'll own Altitude's global event strategy, deciding which conferences we sponsor and which we host. You'll design memorable experiences for CFO dinners, side events, and booth presence that drive real pipeline. Stablecoin-native fintech is built in person right now, and you'll ensure Altitude leads the way with intentionality and taste.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own global event calendar: sponsored, owned, and attended events
• Negotiate sponsorships and design booth presence that stands out
• Run CFO dinners and invite-only gatherings to build relationships
• Coordinate sales team travel and convert conference meetings into deals

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in event marketing or field marketing at a high-growth B2B startup
• Track record of events that drove real pipeline (show us the numbers)
• Experience running both large sponsorships and intimate owned events
• Exceptional written communication (non-negotiable)
