💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end business transformation initiatives for Vonage's global UC/CCaaS business, driving large-scale change programs that materially impact business performance. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Technology, and GTM teams to align initiatives with strategic objectives and remove delivery barriers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives from discovery to benefits realization.
• Apply commercial judgment to shape business cases and ensure value delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Technology, Operations, and GTM teams.
• Drive business performance by redesigning processes and embedding best practices.

📋 Requirements

• 6-8 years experience in business transformation or management consulting.
• Deep commercial and business acumen with ability to interpret financials.
• Demonstrated success delivering end-to-end transformations.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with data modeling experience.
