💼 About This Role

You'll lead complex engagements diagnosing how clients generate and protect revenue, designing interventions to convert commercial potential into EBITDA improvement. You'll own major workstreams from diagnostics to acceleration sprints and manage senior client relationships. You'll play a critical role in building Unity's commercial consulting propositions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead diagnostic assessments and translate findings into action plans.
• Design and deliver Acceleration Sprints for commercial improvement.
• Conduct cohort and segment analysis to surface churn drivers.
• Partner with clients on sales enablement and commercial engine improvement.
• Develop reusable assets and IP for commercial value creation.

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in consulting or senior commercial roles.
• Track record of leading commercial improvement programmes with measurable outcomes.
• Strong expertise in sales effectiveness, pricing, or commercial operating model.
• Experience interpreting commercial data (CRM hygiene, pipeline analytics).
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
