📋 Requirements

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• cGMP or regulated industry knowledge
• Lean manufacturing and 5S experience
• Ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods

• Experience with Pack Manager or similar inventory systems
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
• Associate's degree or higher
