💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Client Partners and manage strategic customer relationships to drive value realization and growth. You'll ensure alignment between Mindtickle's AI-powered revenue enablement platform and customer business priorities. This role offers the chance to shape a best-in-class customer value driven team and deliver measurable business outcomes for high-impact accounts.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover client pain points and customize solutions
  • Drive product adoption and deliver ROI for assigned accounts
  • Manage QBRs and value conversations focused on long-term customer impact
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing Client Partner team

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in client service, consulting, or customer success
  • Prior team management experience including hiring and coaching
  • Client program management with complex multi-stakeholder environments
  • Business acumen with ability to engage C-suite executives

  • Experience in a top-tier management consulting firm
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)
  • Prior account management with quota-carrying experience
