You'll lead a team of Client Partners and manage strategic customer relationships to drive value realization and growth. You'll ensure alignment between Mindtickle's AI-powered revenue enablement platform and customer business priorities. This role offers the chance to shape a best-in-class customer value driven team and deliver measurable business outcomes for high-impact accounts.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover client pain points and customize solutions
- Drive product adoption and deliver ROI for assigned accounts
- Manage QBRs and value conversations focused on long-term customer impact
- Mentor and develop a high-performing Client Partner team
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in client service, consulting, or customer success
- Prior team management experience including hiring and coaching
- Client program management with complex multi-stakeholder environments
- Business acumen with ability to engage C-suite executives

- Experience in a top-tier management consulting firm
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)
- Prior account management with quota-carrying experience
