You'll ensure DREAM's network office spaces are functional, organized, and welcoming. You'll manage space, inventory, and front desk operations while supporting events. This role is essential to maintaining a professional environment for staff, families, and guests.
π― What You'll Do
- Oversee daily maintenance and organization of network office spaces.
- Manage office reservation system and support event logistics.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and reorder as needed.
- Serve as first point of contact for visitors, staff, and families.
π Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in office coordination or facilities management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Bilingual Spanish/English.
