💼 About This Role

You'll join the Data Ops squad at BlaBlaCar to develop scalable data solutions used by Data teams across the company. You'll lead feature development from design to rollout, ensuring robustness and ease of use. This role offers the chance to impact a global travel platform with 27 million members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of new features from technical design to rollout.
• Define architecture and services for scalability and robustness.
• Interact with cross-functional stakeholders in data, infrastructure, and product.
• Share and learn with teammates to grow collectively.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a strong engineering culture with growth context.
• Fluent in Java and/or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring solutions like Datadog.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with data products such as Airflow, DBT, or VertexAI.
• Good communication skills and team player attitude.
• Ability to take ownership aligned with business priorities.
