🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own visual and motion design standards for Customer Experience.
• Create motion graphics, explainer videos, tutorials, and product walkthroughs.
• Build scalable templates, toolkits, and reusable asset libraries.
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Support to prioritize creative needs.

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in motion graphics, video production, or visual design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design and storytelling.
• Experience creating product-focused video content (e.g., SaaS tutorials).
• Proven ability to extend brand systems across different audiences.
