💼 About This Role

You'll design and demo Sierra's Agent product, offering technical solutions to customer needs. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to drive GTM function and improve our AI Agents. This role is ideal for a technical leader who thrives in early customer conversations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and demo Sierra's Agent product to customers.
• Answer technical questions about our solutions.
• Work with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering teams.
• Understand and anticipate customer needs in the GTM function.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years in Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering.
• Professional fluency in French and English.
• Experience in demo building and presenting.
• Experience in relationship-building with enterprise customers.

• AI-related experience or similar high-tech industry.
• Experience translating code and technical logic to product requirements.
