💼 About This Role

You'll own the critical transition from sale to value for new customers, leading a small team focused on execution, speed, and early retention. Your core impact is driving enrollment conversion and onboarding throughput. This hands-on leadership role includes three months of individual contributor work to build deep operational context.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and coach a small onboarding team, jumping into execution as needed.
  • Own onboarding performance metrics including enrollment conversion and retention.
  • Troubleshoot issues with Google Business Profile, Facebook, domains, and websites.
  • Run weekly performance reviews grounded in operational data.

📋 Requirements

  • 6+ years of customer-facing experience with at least 1 year of direct people management.
  • Experience in high-urgency metrics-driven roles in onboarding, activation, or support.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to improve conversion or throughput.
  • Comfort working within ticketing systems, queues, and repeatable workflows.

  • Experience with small business customers.
  • Knowledge of Google tools, DNS, or domain setup.
  • Website troubleshooting skills.
