You'll join the UK Payroll team, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while supporting a smooth, compliant payroll experience. Your core impact will be driving operational improvements and reconciliation accuracy across UK entities. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Support end-to-end monthly payroll processing for UK entities.
• Manage payroll data, validation, and lifecycle events (P45s, pensions, statutory leave).
• Lead reconciliations and submissions for HMRC and third parties.
• Act as key point of contact for payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Significant UK payroll experience with deep UK legislation knowledge (tax, NIC, statutory payments).
• Advanced numerical and analytical skills for complex reconciliations.
• Strong stakeholder communication to explain payroll complexities clearly.
• Expert Excel skills for high-volume data management under tight deadlines.
