💼 About This Role

You'll lead Snowflake's multi-billion dollar AWS partnership to drive co-sell, marketing, and product integration success. You'll create joint go-to-market strategies and manage incentive programs. This role directly reports to the Senior Director of Cloud & Strategic Partners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead direct reports and global cloud partner sales teams to hit co-sell targets
• Create sales plays and joint customer solutions for Global 2000 accounts
• Manage AWS-related incentive fund programs
• Lead QBRs with Snowflake senior executives and AWS counterparts

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of sales and alliances experience with 3+ years at director level
• 2+ years leading an ISV partnership with AWS exceeding $100M annual co-sell
• Prior background in software and SaaS
• Proven success in leading alliance partnerships
