💼 About This Role

You'll own how AI agents discover, integrate, and work with Reducto's document processing platform. You'll build agent-facing surfaces like CLIs, MCP servers, and SDKs, and measure agent adoption to reduce friction. Work side-by-side with the CTO shaping strategy and shipping fast.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain CLI, MCP server, and SDKs
• Integrate Reducto into agent frameworks and platforms
• Improve Python and TypeScript SDKs for agent compatibility
• Track and analyze agent usage metrics

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong Python and TypeScript skills
• Experience building with agent frameworks (MCP, tool-use patterns)
• High bar for quality and precision

✨ Nice to Have

• Startup or high-growth company experience
• Built developer SDKs, CLIs, or API tooling
• Familiarity with AI agent ecosystem (MCP, Claude Code, OpenAI Agents SDK)
