Description

You will lead go-to-market planning and operational execution for the Americas sales team, providing data-driven insights to executive leadership and driving cross-functional collaboration to improve sales effectiveness and scalability.

Requirements

  • Proactive problem solver with strong business acumen
  • Experience leading annual planning, forecast cadence, and QBRs
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Power BI
  • Ability to manage a team of at least two Sales Operations professionals
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance

Responsibilities

  • Serve as strategic advisor to sales leadership on initiatives and performance trends
  • Identify and implement improvements to sales processes, pipeline management, and resource allocation
  • Partner with sales management on go-to-market plans, account coverage, and territory structuring
  • Develop and monitor sales KPIs (pipeline generation, growth, team productivity)
  • Present ongoing business insights to executives
