Requirements

Operating skills: excavator, skid steer, bulldozer
Valid Driver's License
Ability to access secured sites
OSHA 30 certification
Client-facing experience and professionalism

Manage multiple crews and sites across DC Metro
Read civil plans, proposals, change orders
Communicate with clients effectively
Interpret cut sheets and operate transit for grade shooting
Supervise day-to-day site activities
