🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate stakeholder objectives into design problems and solutions
• Lead solution exploration and design execution from low to high fidelity
• Own design quality through implementation, partnering with engineers
• Conduct user research and apply insights to design decisions

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem translation
• Expert-level Figma proficiency including component-based design
• Experience with user research methods and applying insights
