🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a team of recruiters/sourcers for production scaling
• Own full-cycle hiring strategy and reporting
• Conduct high-volume interviews with strong conversion
• Build talent maps and diverse candidate pipelines

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience
• 5+ years working with senior leaders on talent strategy
• 3+ years managing a small recruiting team
• Experience recruiting for Hardware/Production/Manufacturing roles

✨ Nice to Have

• Building talent acquisition function from scratch
• Knowledge of ITAR policies
• Consultative approach to improve candidate experience
