Description

You will own the presentation layer and interaction quality of major product areas at Harness, ensuring a high bar for polish, consistency, and usability. You'll define the future of developer-facing products by transforming complex technical workflows into clear, confident, and beautiful experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on product design experience, including enterprise or developer-facing software.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI interaction craft with high polish.
• Strong expertise in visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and interaction design.
• Experience working with or contributing to design systems and maintaining consistency across large products.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or developer tools (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, CI/CD, DevOps tooling).

Responsibilities

• Own the presentation layer and interaction quality of major product areas, ensuring high polish, consistency, and usability.
• Design refined, scalable UI patterns for complex workflows in CI/CD, cloud, and developer tooling environments.
• Drive design work from concept through execution, collaborating with Product Management and Engineering.
• Provide thoughtful critique and raise the visual design bar across the broader design team.
• Evaluate existing experiences and proactively identify opportunities to improve clarity, efficiency, and aesthetic quality.
