Description

You will build, lead, and mature the Project Management Office within the ERP SaaS consulting division, establishing PMO structures, standards, governance, and best practices to elevate project delivery across higher-education focused ERP/SIS engagements. You will oversee a team of Project and Engagement Managers, partner with delivery leaders and executives, and represent SIG in client-facing presentations and executive briefings.

Requirements

• Strategic and hands-on PMO leadership experience
• Strong executive presence and comfort with client-facing presentations and executive briefings
• Experience with ERP/SIS modernization, digital transformation, or higher-education technology consulting
• Proven ability to establish PMO structures, standards, and governance
• Team leadership and development skills

Responsibilities

• Mature SIG's PMO, establishing scalable governance, frameworks, processes, and delivery standards
• Define and maintain project delivery methodologies tailored to Ellucian ERP Solutions across seven delivery types
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and Engagement Managers, fostering a coaching and knowledge-sharing environment
• Implement continuous improvement practices across planning, execution, financial management, and client communication
• Serve as an escalation and advisory point for complex or at-risk projects
