• Lead implementation of the Mastery School Culture Model.
• Coach teachers on classroom management and behavior expectations.
• Manage student discipline using restorative practices.
• Oversee extracurricular programs and school events.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in an urban school setting.
• 3 years in a leadership, counseling, or youth development role.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Proficiency in restorative practices and behavior intervention.
