💼 About This Role

You'll lead accounting operations and GAAP/Statutory reporting for a remote-first insurtech company. You'll shape the accounting function as Branch continues rapid growth, driving automation and financial excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee all aspects of accounting including AP, AR, and payroll
• Lead development of GAAP, Statutory, and investor reports
• Manage external vendors: auditors, tax accountants, bookkeeping
• Evaluate and enhance accounting processes and systems
• Supervise a growing team of analysts and managers

📋 Requirements

• CPA required
• 5-8 years in accounting leadership within P&C insurance
• NetSuite and ERP systems proficiency
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
