You will lead a team of Care Coordinators to deliver exceptional patient support across the care journey, including scheduling, refills, and pharmacy liaison. • Oversee operational excellence in scheduling, refills, pharmacy liaison, and patient outreach

• Identify workflow optimization and training needs from frontline feedback
