Description

As first point of contact for customers, you will support them with questions about our software solutions, handle inquiries via phone or ticket system, document issues, and coordinate with the 2nd level team. You'll contribute ideas to improve service processes and work closely with other teams to ensure fast and sustainable solutions.

Requirements

  • Enjoyment in helping people and strong service orientation
  • Good customer sense and friendly, solution-oriented communication
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in B2B environment
  • Technical interest and basic affinity for software and digital products
  • Very good German and good English skills; team spirit and flexibility

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first contact for customers with software-related questions
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone or ticket system, analyze and document them
  • Guide users through application features and functions
  • Coordinate escalation to 2nd level support when needed and assist with administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve customer issues and propose process improvements
