💼 About This Role

You'll maintain the cleanliness and physical condition of a residential property's common areas. You'll perform physically demanding work to minimize liability concerns and ensure safety. This role demands initiative and an eye for detail in a collegiate environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Remove trash and debris from common areas continuously.
• Sweep and clear curbs, parking areas, walkways, and stairways.
• Perform grounds maintenance: mowing, trimming, raking leaves.
• Assist with snow removal and pressure-washing sidewalks and buildings.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in lawn/grounds maintenance
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to stand 8 hours per day and lift 100 lbs
