💼 About This Role

You'll drive monetization and revenue growth for Fresha's platform, building relationships with partners in the beauty and wellness industry. You'll proactively engage partners to optimize their marketplace presence and convert them to payments solutions. This role requires Arabic fluency and in-office presence in Dubai.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively engage partners to drive monetisation and revenue growth.
• Introduce and convert partners to Fresha's payments solution.
• Optimise partner listing content and availability for maximum conversions.
• Advise partners on suitable product selection based on their needs.

📋 Requirements

• Arabic speaking (mandatory)
• Demonstrable experience in a partner-facing commercial role
• Commercially motivated with ability to achieve targets
• Analytical skills using data to improve commercial outcomes
