You'll design, launch, and lead Rocketship's first-of-its-kind Innovation School, a lab school pioneering AI-enabled learning and new instructional models. Your work will shape system-wide innovation across the network. This role offers a unique opportunity to build from scratch in a high-ambiguity, high-impact environment.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in education or school leadership
• Demonstrated success leading complex initiatives in ambiguous environments
• Deep understanding of elementary instruction and mastery-based learning
• Experience launching a new school or instructional model
