You'll lead Method's Industrial Go-To-Market strategy and drive new logo acquisition for the Energy & Industrial Practice. You'll co-own commercial outcomes, manage a sales team, and shape complex deals while partnering with Hitachi and GlobalLogic. This role stands out due to its two-in-the-box leadership model and focus on digital transformation in the energy sector.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Define and drive sales and engagement strategy for energy/industrial targets.
  • Develop and lead Method's Industrial GTM strategy.
  • Oversee Sales team members and guide their account growth strategies.
  • Manage portfolio sales, margin targets, and performance tracking.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Energy and/or Industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, product development, and experience design.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, consultative deals.
  • Active network with C-level and VP-level buyers in the industry.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience working for a consultancy.
  • Based on the East Coast (US) or in the UK/Europe.
  • Willingness to travel globally as needed.
