💼 About This Role

You'll lead customer implementation and onboarding on a collaborative business planning platform, helping teams move from spreadsheets to a shared source of truth. Your work directly drives customer retention and independence, with insights shaping the product experience. This role offers a unique pathway to founder skills through exposure to diverse business models.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead customers through implementation, onboarding, and adoption from setup through scale.
• Conduct 2-4 high-impact customer sessions daily, including modeling and training.
• Build and refine financial models: forecasts, balance sheets, scenario analyses.
• Partner with product and success teams to improve the onboarding experience.

📋 Requirements

• Deep understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Comfort working with SQL and structured data.
• Experience in SaaS onboarding, consulting, or FP&A roles.

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Notion, and Runway.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
