📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of engineering management experience leading teams of 8–10 engineers
• Strong technical background in backend or distributed systems at scale
• Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects with measurable outcomes
• Experience working cross-functionally with product managers, data teams, or research/ML partners
