Description

You will lead the development of automation and systems that power Motive's development, build, and delivery pipelines across SaaS, Mobile, and Embedded/IoT products. Focus on creating scalable, self-service infrastructure to improve developer productivity and release processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years engineering experience
• B.S. in Engineering or related field
• Experience building CI/CD infrastructure (Tekton, Prow, CircleCI, etc.)
• Proficiency in Golang, Ruby on Rails, or Python
• Working knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code

Responsibilities

• Define team direction and initiatives for the platform
• Build fully automated bootstrapping and delivery pipelines
• Advance self-service engineering technologies and approaches
• Improve local development experience and system performance
• Coach and mentor engineers, collaborate on designs
