You'll join Marcus & Millichap's Jacksonville office as an independent contractor, focusing on investment sales across multifamily, industrial, retail, and self-storage. You'll build a client base through cold calling and relationship building, leveraging a proven agent development model. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct new business development via cold calls (60+ per day)
• Advise clients on investment real estate valuation and acquisitions
• Prepare Broker Opinions of Value and market comparables
• Negotiate exclusive listing agreements and purchase agreements
