You'll oversee commercial roofing projects in the Indianapolis area, ensuring quality installation and customer satisfaction. You'll coordinate with customers, supervise crews, and maintain job site standards. This role offers ride-along coaching and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Walk customers through proposals at job start
• Take photos to verify material and scope
• Maintain job site cleanliness throughout
• Conduct mid-day 5-Point Inspections

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on commercial roofing experience
• Valid driver's license
• Pass background check and drug screen
• Ability to work Saturdays as scheduled
