You'll develop and scale VEIR's Environmental Health and Safety program for a high-growth superconducting technology company. You will create policies and lead safety improvements across facility and project locations to protect employees and partners. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop, update, and implement EHS policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety reviews and job hazard analyses.
• Respond to safety events and lead incident investigations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in an EHS role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety, Health and Safety or similar.
• Working knowledge of NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, and NFPA 75.
• Demonstrated experience in developing safety policies and conducting safety reviews.

✨ Nice to Have

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience in an ISO9001 environment.
• Experience with cryogenics, high voltage, or data center safety.
