You'll own end-to-end product design for blockchain-based DeFi products in a remote-first environment. Your work will directly shape user experiences across web and mobile platforms, driving visual consistency and usability. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead user research and translate insights into design solutions
• Create pixel-perfect UI for web and mobile platforms
• Build and maintain a scalable design system
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in product design with UX/UI focus
• Proven ability to design end-to-end product experiences
• Strong UI craft and attention to detail
• Experience building and scaling design systems

• Experience in Web3 or crypto
• Motion design or illustration skills
• Front-end development fundamentals
