🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a portfolio of social media accounts for mid-market and enterprise clients
• Build and execute quarterly paid social strategies
• Optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns including ad copy and targeting
• Analyze campaign performance data to drive data-driven decisions

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency
• Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads and paid social campaigns
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and analytics tools
• Experience managing mid-market or enterprise accounts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with programmatic campaigns
• Familiarity with Zoominfo or 6Sense
• Experience with audience segmentation by tier or job title
