• Lead mechanical execution from concept through production ramp
• Provide hands-on technical leadership on cross-functional trade-offs
• Travel to Asia to ensure suppliers meet goals
• Hire, coach, and manage a high-performing engineering team

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years developing complex electromechanical systems
• Track record of launching products under aggressive timelines
• Deep knowledge of injection molding and sensor integration
• BSME or equivalent degree
