You'll be the dedicated technology partner to the CEO of C3 AI, ensuring their devices and environments are always available, secure, and effortless. You'll proactively manage and troubleshoot across office, home, and travel settings, freeing the CEO to focus on strategic priorities. This high-trust role combines deep technical expertise with executive-level discretion and service.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Serve as single point of contact for all CEO technology requests, 24/7
  • Manage and optimize CEO's devices across macOS, iOS, Windows, and Linux
  • Support CEO's use of Claude AI products across multiple devices
  • Travel with or ahead of CEO to set up and verify connectivity and AV environments
  • Coordinate with vendors for home office and residential technology systems

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5โ€“10 years of IT support experience with 3+ years in executive or VIP support
  • Expert-level proficiency across Apple ecosystem (macOS, iOS, etc.)
  • Deep hands-on experience with networking (Wi-Fi 6/6E, VPN, firewalls) and AV systems
  • Willingness to be on-call 24/7 and travel on short notice
