Description

As Lead Infant Guide at Ohana Child Development Center within Bandwidth, you'll provide primary care to 1-3 infants in a Montessori/RIE setting, mentor other teachers, and ensure high standards of care and education. You'll collaborate with families and staff to foster a supportive environment where children's development thrives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and MACTE accredited Montessori certification or RIE training preferred
• 5+ years working in an infant environment
• Skilled in observation techniques and documentation
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to lift children up to 60 pounds and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Foster a teaching culture of collaboration and mutual respect
• Provide primary care-giving to 1-3 infants
• Communicate effectively with leadership, parents, and teachers
• Observe and record developmental milestones and progress
• Mentor and coach other teachers in Montessori/RIE pedagogy
