You'll join Mad City Windows & Baths to present home improvement solutions directly to homeowners. Your core impact is delivering personalized product demonstrations and accurate estimates that drive sales success. This role offers uncapped earnings with average reps making $200k–$300k annually.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified clients in their homes for product demos.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and documentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to generate repeat business.

📋 Requirements

• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or B2C experience preferred.
• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
• Attend one-time training session in Madison, WI.
