💼 About This Role

You'll support the Store Manager in creating an excellent customer experience and driving sales. You'll lead daily operations, analyze sales trends, and enforce company policies. This role offers the opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced retail environment while developing your leadership skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create a welcoming environment and respond to customer inquiries.
• Manage day-to-day store operations including opening/closing and POS.
• Achieve sales targets through effective selling and merchandising.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in inventory management.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
