- Lead and develop the Key Account Management LATAM team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities
- Define and execute account strategies for retention and expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Tech, and more
๐ Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- 5+ years in Key Account Management, preferably in payments or fintech
- Proven leadership managing high-performing teams with international clients
- Strong understanding of payment technologies and financial regulations
