• Hire, coach, and manage a team of runners
• Oversee inbound goods and organize replenishments
• Ensure safe and punctual departures for deliveries
• Collaborate with customer success and other hubs

📋 Requirements

• Vocational training in logistics or retail
• Team leadership experience and KPI-driven work
• Valid class B driver's license to operate electric vehicles
• Fluent German and basic English skills
