Description

You will assemble, test, and troubleshoot electric propulsion components for a global satellite broadband network. This role involves precision assembly, functional testing, and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure aerospace-grade quality.

Requirements

• Associate degree or technical diploma in Mechatronics, Aerospace Technology, or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in reading mechanical and electrical schematics and 3D CAD drawings.
• Experience with electrical wiring, harnessing, and PCB assembly.
• Familiarity with sensors, actuators, and control systems.
• Knowledge of vacuum systems, propulsion technology, or high-voltage components preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate mechanical, electrical, and mechatronic components for electric propulsion systems.
• Perform functional, electrical, and mechanical tests including leak checks, vibration tests, and thermal cycling.
• Diagnose and resolve assembly, wiring, and control system issues.
• Document assembly steps, test results, and product non-conformities.
• Adhere to aerospace manufacturing standards, ESD controls, and cleanroom protocols.
