You will lead strategic sourcing for indirect procurement categories at Coupang, driving cost savings and operational excellence through category management, supplier evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration with business, finance, and legal teams. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 10+ years of procurement-related work experience.
• Ability to quickly identify key stakeholders and build strong collaboration across departments.
• Experience in strategic sourcing planning and execution reflecting business needs and market trends.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and supply base management for indirect procurement projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost savings through supplier consolidation and continuous improvement.
• Manage total cost of ownership (TCO) to improve cost and operational efficiency.
• Lead RFX packages (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and commercial negotiations with suppliers.
• Implement long-term procurement strategies considering quality, delivery, and cost.
