You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. Your core impact is covering the sales floor and leading daily operations to meet sales targets. You'll also help train new team members using your fandom knowledge.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns.
• Step up to cover the sales floor and provide leadership support.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate the store and merchandise product using approved equipment.
