💼 About This Role

You'll work with partner solution architects and engineering teams to enable Global Systems Integrators to deploy and scale Devin and Windsurf across their client base. You'll lead technical enablement sessions, co-deliver pilots, and help GSIs operationalize AI agents into their delivery motions. This role blends deep technical work, partner enablement, and ecosystem thinking.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical success of GSI partners across onboarding and enablement.
• Enable partners to build repeatable solutions using Devin/Windsurf.
• Lead technical trainings and workshops for partner teams.
• Act as escalation point for complex integrations and enterprise workflows.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in STEM field and strong engineering foundation.
• Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance in academic or professional pursuits.
• Experience working with large engineering teams (enterprise or services environments).
• Willingness to travel 25–50%, including frequent travel to India.

• Advanced in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, TypeScript).
• Experience with SI/GSI delivery models or enterprise software deployments.
