Requirements

- Experience in risk identification and mitigation
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for enterprise accounts, ensuring contract fulfillment and SLA management
- Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to align customer opportunities and mitigate risks
- Build productive relationships across customer organization from front-line to senior leadership
- Drive customer ROI with NICE products and services, becoming a trusted advisor
