Requirements

  • Technical expertise in Contact Center, Telecommunications, Cloud software, and Security
  • Experience in risk identification and mitigation

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for enterprise accounts, ensuring contract fulfillment and SLA management
  • Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to align customer opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Build productive relationships across customer organization from front-line to senior leadership
  • Drive customer ROI with NICE products and services, becoming a trusted advisor
  • Conduct regular service and technology reviews, managing escalated situations
