You'll implement, configure, and support Zuora Billing and its Salesforce integrations for a leading survey platform. Your work will directly enable accurate subscription billing and revenue automation across the order-to-revenue lifecycle. This remote role offers the chance to impact finance and engineering teams while collaborating cross-functionally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure and maintain Zuora Billing product catalog and rate plans
• Support order-to-revenue processes with troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Build Zuora workflows, notifications, and Salesforce integrations
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies for system changes

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years configuring and supporting Zuora Billing in production
• Experience with Zuora Orders and Orders API
• Experience with quote-to-cash systems like Salesforce CPQ or NetSuite
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent

• Experience with Zuora Revenue
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Mulesoft
• Data migration and cleansing experience
