Requirements

• 7+ years progressive experience in construction management or project controls
• Excel proficiency for building intuitive models
• PowerPoint proficiency for distilling complex data into executive-friendly slides

Responsibilities

• Establish cost category structure/WBS for construction projects
• Implement cost forecasting best practices and train PMs
• Spearhead capital budget approval process for projects of all sizes
• Design and implement project approval processes for scope, cost, schedule
• Build comprehensive Change Order Management systems
