Description

You will build high-quality visualization platforms that accelerate the development of Nuro's autonomous driving technology, working end-to-end on features and products. You'll own the design and implementation of performant visualization frameworks using C++/OpenGL and Unity, collaborating with autonomy engineers, ML labeling teams, and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years software development in C++, OpenGL, and QT
• Basic understanding of graphics concepts (rendering pipelines, shaders, coordinate systems)
• Experience with visualization apps or game engines (OpenGL, Vulkan, Unity, Unreal)
• Deep technical skills for low-level performance optimization
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Build performant visualization frameworks in C++/OpenGL and Unity
• Support autonomy development and validation, triage tools, and in-car visualization
• Partner with autonomy engineers to improve development workflow
• Collaborate with ML labeling teams for high-quality training data tools
• Interface with product managers and designers for external applications
